Our certified mold inspector will do a visual inspection of the entire home. The exterior, crawl space and the whole interior will be inspected. There will be 2 or more air samples taken (depending on size of home there may be more). Air samples are used to determine the amount and type of mold in your home. There may also be some bulk samples taken (swab or tape).

At completion the samples will be sent to an accredited environmental laboratory. When we receive the lab report we will send you an evaluation which consists of the lab results, detailed photos of any mold, and how to remediate any mold problem you have.

All our mold remediation (removal) products are the very best in the industry and are EPA registered. We follow strict guidelines for all our remediation projects. Walt Smith the owner personally oversees all the projects that are done.

The Serum System works so much better than other systems that it was used on the TV Show Extreme Makeover Home Addition on a 5,000sqft house. Serum 1000 is a surface and substrate cleaner for removal of organic contamination. It accomplishes this by the use of hydrogen peroxide formulated with surface active agents. This formulation allows Serum 1000 to break surface tension to penetrate deep into the substrate of porous materials. Serum 1000 also reacts with the organic contamination on the surface generating profuse foam, breaking everything loose from the surface and up into the foam for removal. Serum 1000 may be applied to any surface not harmed by water. Serum 1000 doesn't leave behind any toxic or hazardous chemicals. Serum 1000 degrades to water and oxygen. There is nothing left behind to gas off after drying. NO VOC's.

Serum 2000 is a BIO DISPERSANT formulated with siloxane. Siloxane chemically attaches to any surface to give the longevity and durability required for long term survival. The polymers that reside on the siloxane backbone are charged to repel organic molecules. Serum 2000 can be applied to any interior or crawl space surface not harmed by water, dries clear, remains flexible, remains breathable and is non-intrusive to the applied surface.
